We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, personal checks and our custom Berryville Inn gift certificates. Standard check-in time is after 3:00 pm; check-out by 11:00am; flexible times can be accommodated with advance notice. Reservations are guaranteed in advance with the first night deposit that is processed 10 days prior to your visit.  This coincides with our 10 day cancellation policy of a refund prior to 10 days notice, less a $35 processing fee; a three-room reservation is subject to a 30 day period. No shows and reduced stays are charged for the whole booking.

Rates include single/double occupancy. An additional guest in the room is $40/night; max of 3 persons per room. Rates are pre-tax; the Inn charges an additional 7% for occupancy taxes. The $189/night rate is reduced to $169/night for reservations of 3 or more nights, 3 room bookings, or weeknights Sunday through Thursday (holiday exceptions); a 10% discount for active or retired military personnel with I.D, not to be combined with other discounts. A multi-course full gourmet breakfast is included in all nightly rates.

Policies

The Inn is a non-smoking facility; smoking is permitted outside if courtesy is considered for non smoking guests.

Children are welcomed at the Inn when your party has booked exclusive use of at least two guestrooms on the 2nd floor; parents are totally responsible for the children and must oversee them at all times.

Although we are unable to accept visiting pets, we can provide local kennel references. The Inn is home to Honey Bee, our Golden Retriever, and Lucky, our Bijon Friez, who are part of our guest friendly innkeeper team. They can cheerfully be separated from guests as needed.
